Why are StrongWomen Fitness Programs different from other exercise programs?

There are several reasons why our StrongWomen Fitness Programs are different from most everyone else's. First and most importantly, the StrongWomen Fitness Programs have been developed from years of sound scientific research that has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals. Furthermore, we have then taken these scientific programs and tested them in communities with real people to make sure that they are safe and effective for the general population. Our StrongWomen Experts have over 15 years of experience in implementing exercise programs with women and people with special needs including older adults, the frail elderly, people with arthritis, diabetes, heart disease and HIV/AIDS.

We have designed our fitness programs specifically for different abilities and goals. Strong Bones, Vibrant Aging and Stay Slim. We will also be developing customized, personal fitness programs as part of our Virtual Personal Trainer. All StrongWomen Fitness Programs are designed according to standards of the premier governing bodies for exercise, the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
