Do you have any information regarding pre-menopausal women diagnosed with osteoporosis? I always see research studies on postmenopausal women and not much information on early onset. I did step aerobics the first year, and switched to weight training at the gym in the second year. I do this during my lunch hour. I'm just wondering what is the average increase in bone density you've seen? Have most of your test groups used drugs in addition to the program and what might be the long-term effects of using fosamax?
