Miriam's Waffle breakfast

A special treat for entertaining or Sunday brunch. Serve whole-grain waffles with fresh fruit, yogurt and Vermont maple syrup. Use your favorite waffle recipe, or buy frozen whole grain waffles. Serves 1.

Ingredients
1 small waffle, whole grain
1/2 cup non-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
2 teaspoons maple syrup

Heat waffle and place on a plate. Spread yogurt over the waffle. Heap berries on top. Drizzle with maple syrup.
