Spicy Black Beans with Corn

This tasty and nutritious dish couldn't be easier to make - just open a few cans, season, stir and heat. Use as a side dish, or serve over brown rice as a vegetarian main event. Serves 8 as a main course or serves 4 as a side dish.

Ingredients
2 16 ounce cans black beans
1 16 ounce cans whole kernel corn
1 16 ounce can diced tomato
1 4 ounce jar chopped chili peppers or 1/2 cup hot salsa
2 tablespoons spicy barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon cumin or chili powder

In a 3-quart saucepan, mix together the black beans, tomato, corn, chili peppers or salsa, barbecue sauce and cumin or chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally or bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
