Citrus Salad
This salad is wonderful to for a hot summer day. Serves 6.
Ingredients
1 head Boston or green lettuce, separated into leaves
2 grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
4 oranges, peeled, cut into slices
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
4 T. low fat mayonnaise
2 T. grape jelly
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise and jelly, blend lightly and chill. Arrange lettuce leaves on salad plates. Divide fruit and arrange attractively on the lettuce leaves. Serve dressing with the salad.
