| On both Saturday and Sunday
mornings attendees woke up for energizing early morning opportunities
to exercise with the experts. In addition to yoga, attendees
could jog with Christina Economos, Ph.D., walk with Miriam
Nelson, Ph.D. or Byllye Avery |
Throughout the weekend the
attendees had the opportunity to get personal fitness assessments
that gave them a baseline measurement of their strength and
flexibility, performed by graduate students from Tufts University

Attendees participated in Moo’d
swimming in the indoor pool, an evening candlelight aqua exercise
class. After class, participants were served fresh crudités
with a “skinny dip” – a recipe combining
Newman’s Own salsa and Stonyfield Farm non-fat plain
yogurt. |
