Unlike most conferences where guest speakers show up, speak and leave, the experts at the StrongWomen Summits interacted with all the women participating through morning walks, runs, yoga and simple conversations over breakfast, lunch and dinner. To have the opporutnity to personally be with such extraordinary health experts was an experience that will stay with them for some time to come. Memorable. Impactful. Moving.

Yoga is a sport that can be enjoyed at any age as many women discovered in morning sessions with the yoga expert. Together in silence they discovered the inner joy that comes from touching their inherent strengths.
The jogging and walking group took to advantage of Dr. Miriam Nelson's fitness expertise and the gorgeous Torrey Pines State Reserve along the Pacific Ocean on beautiful morning walks and runs.

One of the best aspects of the conference was the ability to purchase the experts books to take home and read long after the conference was over. Women selected the books that spoke to them and had the fun of having them autographed by the authors themselves in between sessions.
